Art Hotel Denver

The Art Hotel in Denver, Colorado was designed by Denver based Davis Partnership Architects. The Art Hotel is a $50 million, 9-story hotel and office space project currently in its final phases of construction. The 165-room boutique is located between the Denver Art Museum and History Colorado Center along Broadway in the Golden Triangle. The building was designed by architect Guadalupe Cantu with Davis Partnership, the same firm that worked with Daniel Libeskind on the Denver Art Museum's Frederick C. Hamilton Building. Art will be on display throughout the hotel, curated by Dianne Vanderlip, the DAM’s former lead for contemporary art. One of the most interesting art installations will be a permanent 20,000 LED light display designed by artist, Leo Villarreal. The hotel will open this summer.
