I’m back in Denver after being on the road for a couple weeks, most recently in New Haven, Connecticut with a group of my colleagues from Minnesota and Toronto. We were in town photographing the modernist architecture at Yale University. I look forward to sharing the photographs over the next few weeks.
Back in Denver scheduling photo shoots has been a challenge with storm after storm we have been experiencing. The most recent hail episode turned my car into a dimpled golf ball - ugh. If the current weather forecast holds up, I will be back at the Source Hotel this Friday for some additional shots I was unable to capture earlier this year.
The hotel designed by Dynia Architects is visually very attractive to my eye with its various angled stacked and cantilevered floors. Pictured in this photo is the southwest side captured from the middle of Brighton Blvd.
If you haven’t visited the Source Hotel and Market Hall I encourage you to check it out. My suggestion, grab a drink at the Woods on the top floor where you will experience stunning views of the city skyline and front range and then dine at one of the many amazing restaurants on site.
