Clouds of Change

Clouds of Change is a meditative body of work born during the quiet, uncertain days of the 2020 pandemic lockdown. With time to slow down and reflect, I spent hours outside, watching clouds pass overhead and being mesmerized by their subtle movement and transformation. These moments became a personal ritual and a visual extension of my breathing and meditation practices, which I use to manage anxiety and maintain mental clarity.

Through long exposures, selective motion blur, and tonal experimentation, this series mirrors the rhythm of inhales and exhales. The resulting images are abstract and immersive, offering both stimulation and serenity. Clouds of Change invites viewers to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present.

"The sky is the daily bread of the eyes."

— Ralph Waldo Emerson
